Take to the stars these school holidays! Experience a day in the life of an astronaut through hands-on science experiments at Space Place.

Tamariki aged 8-12 will learn about the many different skills astronauts need to travel our celestial neighbourhood, from launching rockets to exploring the lunar surface.

The workshop rounds off with a screening of CAPCOM GO! The Apollo Story in the planetarium.

Tamariki can be dropped-off in the morning and picked-up afterwards; caregivers are not required to stay for the duration of the workshop. Tamariki should bring a packed lunch.

Each Tuesday and Wednesday of the school holidays | ages 8-12 | 9am-1pm | $65 per tamariki
